A FEW WORDS CONCERNING THE ABOVE ARTICLE

Although this article appears to be written about "preventative physical health care," I believe it is appropriate for me to add that health, that is physical health, is obtained and maintained by the mind. Show me a physically sick person, and I will show you a depressed person. I think that we can all agree that physical health and mental health are opposite sides of the same coin.

I simply suggest that as you read and ponder the essence of this article that you keep the tandem concept of physical and mental in mind. Again, I think we will all agree that it is near impossible to have one without the other. So, we also need to consider what forms and procedures "preventative mental health care" could manifest itself. How can we do that?
