If you want to look at it within your Browser, please go to <http://www.schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/> and download both PDF Browser Plugin 0.4 (which you need for MSIE) and PDF Browser Plugin 2.0.1 which seems to be for everything else. If you still want to download the document, Option-clicking on the link will cause it to download.
