Many of the items on this page have been converted into pdf (Portable Document Format) documents, and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this free program, it can be downloaded from:

If you have the pdf plugin in your browser's plugin folder, the documents will open in your browser (Adobe Acrobat Reader will also open up at the same time). If you do not have the plug in, the file will download to your computer and you can open it at your convenience.

If you want to intentionally download the file:

  • On a PC, right-click on the item you want. From the pop-up window, select *Download file to Disk.* Be sure to note the name of the file because if you do not have a specific folder selected for net downloads, it could end up anywhere on your hard disk and you will need to do a Find for the file.
  • On a Mac, Option-click on the file you want. It will download automatically to the folder all your Browser downloads are sent.
  • On a Mac OS X, clicking on a PDF will cause it to download automatically. If you want to look at it within your Browser, please go to <> and download both PDF Browser Plugin 0.4 (which you need for MSIE) and PDF Browser Plugin 2.0.1 which seems to be for everything else. If you still want to download the document, Option-clicking on the link will cause it to download.
