  • Our customers (such as students, potential students, parents and guardians, faculty, administrators, colleagues, coworkers and the community) are valued as people, and shown courteous and concerned attention to their unique needs.

  • As a user-centered organization, we ensure that our customers find value in the services and knowledge resources we provide by focusing our attention on their research needs.

  • Our service-providers (staff, faculty, administrators, and student assistants) are knowledgeable about Library services and understand how their participation impacts our ability to provide excellent services and knowledge resources.

  • We work as a team to provide our customers with responses to their requests in a timely and efficient manner.

  • We work with our co-workers, other campus units, and community partners to continuously improve resources, processes, and services.
