Don't Remember Your CSULA Network/E-mail account user name and password?

You use your CSULA Network/E-mail account to access our restricted databases. Whenever you click to access one of our restricted databases, a log-in box will appear and our EZ Proxy system will ask you for your Network/E-mail Account user name and password. If you don't remember your CSULA Network/E-mail account user name and password, please go to myCSULA portal page (you can find a link to myCSULA on the top of the Library homepage or the Campus homepage and click on "Forgot Password" button to start your ID and Password recovery process. If you experience a difficulty in recovering your ID and Password, please contact the ITS Help Desk at helpdesk@calstatela.edu or 323-343-6170.

Do you Connect to the Web Using an ISP?

If you have an Internet Service Provider (ISP), like AT&T, Time Warner, AOL, etc., connected to your off-campus computer, all you need to access our Library databases is a valid CSULA Network/E-mail account!   • Your browser must be set to accept cookies.
  • Your browser must be set to accept pop-up windows.
