The FLIC Media Borrowing Program
About the Film Library
Intercampus Consortium (FLIC)
Media Borrowing Program:
Most Academic Library media centers do not lend media through
standard Interlibrary Loan. However, the CSU LA Library does participate
in the FLIC media borrowing program, enabling our faculty to request films,
videos, and DVDs from participating CSU Libraries. Faculty
should submit FLIC borrowing requests 7 days in advance of the use date, in
order to allow for delivery from the other campus. Up to 3 items may be borrowed
from a participating FLIC library for 24 hour use. To request a VHS video,
DVD, or 16mm film from a FLIC participating campus, please fill out a request
form at the Music & Media Center Service Desk (Library North, 3rd floor) or
contact Laura Kaiser Pare',
FLIC Coordinator, at 343-4093.
