ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

EXECUTIVE BOARD

Each Chapter of Pi Sigma Epsilon operates like a small business.  There is an elected Executive Board who is responsible for meeting the needs of the general membership.  Each officer has his/her own duties and works closely with the others in achieving the goals set forth in the Chapter Annual Plan.

National Headquarters recognizes the Executive Board to hold six offices: President, Vice President of Human Resources, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Public Relations, and Vice President of Finance.  However, in Phi Chapter, we also elect a member to hold the office of Executive Vice President.  Members who hold directorships also have a voting right as part of  'da PHI tribe.

Our elections are held at the end of every Spring and Fall quarter.  Each term lasts for two quarters.  In order to become President, the candidate must have been a member for at least two quarters before taking the office.  Aside from this, there are no requirements for being a part of the Executive Board which means that a prospective member can actually hold an office immediately after being initiated.

Our 2001 Summer/Fall Executive Board is honored to be serving such a diverse team.  To find out more about them, their duties, and their goals, feel free to visit our Organizational Chart.
