The Performing Arts Facilities Coordinator: Under the general supervision of the Dean of the College of Arts and Letters, the incumbent coordinates the scheduling of events by all University personnel as well as outside entities (off campus groups or individuals) in the Performing Arts facilities. The person serving in this position will be able to respond to many of the questions related to A&L Production and Technical Services. Until this person is hired please continue contacting the main office of A&L Productions to respond to the following questions (and more):

  • Where is the A&L Productions office located?

The A&L Productions office is located in the Theatre Arts Building #110 (TA-110).  This is located on the ground floor just inside the double doors near the Playhouse Theatre Box Office.  Please see the campus map.


  • I am working on a student project, but I have forgotten how to use some of the equipment in my space.

Please contact or stop by the A&L Productions office.  We would be happy to schedule a refresher course with you.  Please contact us in advance so that we may find a suitable time to schedule with you that is not last-minute before your performance.


  • I am planning an event in a A&L Productions space, but I am unsure of the staffing needs.

Please contact the A&L Productions office.  After you have filled out your form and submitted it, we will be able to anticipate your needs and would be happy to discuss it with you.
