

Administrative Technology provides support for employees in Administration and Finance, University Advancement, and other university auxiliaries. Working from home has created a new set of technical challenges, but as we continue to redefine how we work, Administrative Technology is here to provide support, answering your questions and issues.
Administrative Technology has moved to an online service desk to better serve our support community. Instead of calling or sending an email, we are asking users with problems or requests to submit a ticket. Include as much information as possible, screenshots of your problem or errors is very helpful. Our ITCs are here to assist you.
Our ITCs are here to work with and support our campus users. While we request that issues and questions be made through our ticketing system, once a ticket is assigned to our ITC, you will work with them directly until resolution.
