Students can create prototypes to explore design alternatives, test theories, and confirm performance prior to a finalized product. Prototypes are also a concrete way to demonstrate that students have met your objectives. 


Students create a prototype of a prosthetic hand, evaluate its effectiveness, and create a second prototype based on their results.
