Child Development Institute was founded in 1995 to meet the need for early child development and intervention services for young children. CDI’s vision is that ALL children thrive in the care of families and communities where their needs are respected and provided for in developmentally appropriate environments. CDI is a leader in developing models of support and training to ensure that families, professionals and community members have the resources necessary to provide developmentally responsive care.
CDI provides early intervention services--Speech Therapy, Occupational/Physical Therapy, Social skills groups, and Infant development to children ages birth to 8. Our model is not one-size-fits-all but is individualized for each child. We engage the family to support and empower parents as active participants and collaborators in their child’s development. We meet children where they are developmentally and work alongside them and their family to build on individual and family strengths through a warm and nurturing environment.
