ECST IT Support Information for ECST Faculty & Staff

For urgent requests please call or text our College of ECST I.T. Support Helpline using the information below.

Examples of urgent requests:

  • My computer is not working and I can't do any work
  • The projector in the classroom I am in is not projecting anything to the screen
  • I got a computer virus and I can't use my computer

Helpline Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM (last question to be received by 6:45 PM)  on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
                             9 AM to 6 PM (last question to be received by 5:45 PM)  on Tuesday and Friday

                        (except for holidays)


If you do not get an answer please leave a voicemail and an I.T. support specialist will respond as soon as possible.  All calls received outside of the helpline business hours posted above will go straight to voicemail and I.T. support personnel will respond to your voicemail the next business day.
