South African R&B singer and songwriter Candice Pillay gained major notoriety after co-writing Rihanna's hits "Cockiness [Love It]" and "American Oxygen," as well as several tracks in Christina Aguilera's Lotus album. She has also written for Tinie Tempah, Dr. Dre and Aubrey O'Day, among others.
