The latest Mind Matters Speaker Series event, "Coming Home To Ourselves: How to Access Mindfulness in Our Busy Lives," will feature Prajna Paramita Choudhury, an acupuncturist, physician of traditional Chinese medicine and mindfulness meditation practitioner, who will explore the meaning and origin of mindfulness and offer ways to manage stress and help improve our daily lives. Refreshments will be provided.
