Mindful Movement Mondays is a series of interactive workshops to help you get active while bringing mindfulness and intentional movement to the body. Pull up a chair as we get ready for an hour of chair yoga! Developed in 1982, chair yoga is a great way to release some tension and stress at school or work during your free time.
