Yoga is back! Join us for beginner-level yoga and guided meditation sessions at the University Library. All students, staff and faculty are welcome. Mats will be provided—just bring your breath and comfy clothes! Co-sponsored with Mind Matters Changemakers and Cal State LA Xtreme Fitness. Space is limited and registration is required. Register online. Please arrive on time, class begins promptly at noon.
