Print, Save or Email My Saved List

Follow these easy steps to print, save or email your Saved List:

1. Search using keywords, subject, author, etc.
2. Check the boxes next to the titles that interest you
3. Click "Save Marked Records" to add them to your Saved List
4. When you are finished searching, click "Print/E-mail Saved List

Steps to save marked records

5. Choose the format of the list. For citation purpose, select "Brief Display"
6. Select one option from the following:

  • Email -- enter your email address and click "Submit"
  • Print -- click "Screen" and "Submit". Print the screen that opens up
  • Save -- click "Local Disk" and "Submit". Save the file to the desired location
