Bilingual Added Authorization Program: Spanish and Mandarin

Program Description

Teacher helps student at their desk.Offered virtually, and with a mix of mandatory class meetings and those that are taken at your own pace, the courses in the Bilingual Added Authorization Program are approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC). The program is open to practicing teachers in our community with an interest in adding a Bilingual Authorization to their skill set. Download/print the flyer to the right.

Upon completion of the program, teachers will be prepared to develop, implement, and adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to promote student bilingualism, biliteracy, bicognition, and biculturalism in bilingual and dual-language settings.
