A Note About Our Events Amid the COVID-19 Pandemic 

Consistent with California and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health requirements, we are promoting physical distancing by offering virtual events. This allows us to help protect the health and safety of students, faculty, and staff while supporting wider public health goals.

Eat Healthy, Be Active Series

Tuesdays, October 27- November 17• 3:10 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. • Zoom Link

Through this 4-part series you will learn about College Nutrition 101, Eating Healthy and Saving Time, Eating Healthy on a Budget, and Exercising as a College Student. 

See a workshop you would like to attend but cannot make it at the scheduled time? No worries. The content of each workshop will be posted to our Canvas page.* This allows easy access if you cannot attend a workshop or you attended a workshop and would like to revisit the information shared.

Fall SHAC Health Huts

This spring, Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) Health Huts take place via Instagram Live (@CalStateLASHAC). Join SHAC for wellness tips and activities designed to help you improve and maintain your health and well-being. Follow @CalStateLASHAC for participation and raffle details.
